After a study of Aeronautical Engineering, Roger Cremers started in 1995 the study of photography at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. As an intern he photographed for the Dutch daily newspaper NRC Handelsblad and he assisted portrait photographer Sander Veeneman.
Since 1998 Roger is working as a freelance photojournalist for various national and international newspapers and magazines. He published in NRC Handelsblad, The Sunday Times Magazine, El Pais, The Economist, The Guardian, Esquire, De Morgen, NRC Next and Intermediair.
